Terms Of Service

Who can use AITrendFilter

You must be 18 or older. Do not upload minors or celebrities. Use only photos you own or have the right to use. Couple Back Tattoo requires your partner to be an adult and to agree. Confirm your own age and permission and your partner’s consent separately.

Your outputs and commercial use

Commercial use of outputs is allowed if you own or have rights to the source photos and consent from everyone shown. Keep the AI label and metadata. Do not use outputs deceptively, illegally or to impersonate anyone. No exclusivity is guaranteed. All outputs are AI-generated. This is not a real tattoo. Symmetry Filter is face mirroring for fun, without scores or ratings.

Credits, delivery and limitations

Payments are processed by Waffo. Credit packs are one-time purchases; credits never expire. Taxes are calculated at checkout. A Couple Back Tattoo set uses 30 credits; a Symmetry Filter set uses 20 credits. Review the free preview before unlocking. Results can vary and may contain visual errors. Failed generations are not charged; reserved credits are returned automatically. Couple sets include one free re-make of one photo within 24 hours. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.

Photo retention

Source photos and previews are deleted after 7 days; delivered photo sets after 30 days. Uploads are used only to create your photos and are never used to train AI models. Processing partners may retain files briefly for safety and abuse prevention.
