Acceptable Use Policy

Updated October 26, 2026.

Adults and consent

Adults 18+ only. No minors, including people in the background. No celebrities or public figures. Upload one person per photo. For Couple Back Tattoo, use two different adults and obtain your partner’s agreement before uploading.

Prohibited content

Do not submit nudity, sexual content, harassment, hateful content, illegal material, stolen images or impersonating requests. Do not bypass moderation. Tattoo lettering is limited to optional “Love You”; custom names and dates are unavailable.

Honest sharing

Keep the AI-generated labels and metadata. This is not a real tattoo. Do not present generated scenes as real events or endorsements. Symmetry Filter is for playful face mirroring, without face scores or ratings. Report misuse to support with the relevant page or set ID.

Photo retention

Source photos and previews are deleted after 7 days; delivered photo sets after 30 days. Uploads are used only to create your photos and are never used to train AI models. Processing partners may retain files briefly for safety and abuse prevention.
