Refund Policy

Technical failures

Failed generations are not charged. Reserved credits are returned automatically. A credit return restores your wallet and is separate from a cash refund. If a completed download is missing, corrupt or unusable, contact support with the set ID.

One free re-make

Each paid Couple Back Tattoo set includes one free re-make of one photo within 24 hours. Select “Tattoo doesn’t look like you? Re-make this photo free.” Contact support if a quality issue remains after this attempt.

Unused credits

Unused purchased credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Email support with your receipt reference and account email. For partly used packs, only the unused purchased portion is refunded, calculated proportionally at the amount paid. Used credits are generally non-refundable unless the service failed or mandatory consumer law requires a refund. Refunds return through the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider. Credits never expire.

Rejected previews

Free previews and rejected photos do not consume credits. A personal preference about a completed scene is normally handled through the free re-make rather than a cash refund of used credits. Payments are processed by Waffo.

Photo retention

Source photos and previews are deleted after 7 days; delivered photo sets after 30 days. Uploads are used only to create your photos and are never used to train AI models. Processing partners may retain files briefly for safety and abuse prevention.
